Create an Account
GoWin.com is happy to welcome all people, who meet the requirements
in our Site Terms
and Privacy Policy,
to create an account with us. Not only is it easy, it is also free. Follow
the steps below to create an account with us:
- Click
here on "Create An
Account", or you can click on the "My Account" category located
next to the "Help" category in the navigational toolbar at the top of
the page.
- The registration
page will appear. Please enter your first and last names and your email
address, which you will be asked to confirm. Also, please create a password,
which you will be asked to confirm.
- Click on the "Continue"
button, and then you are done.

to Order
- Find the Items That You Want
You will first need to browse for the items that you would like to purchase.
You can click on an item to view more detailed information about it.
- Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want order an item from GoWin.com, click on the "Add To Cart" button
on the item's detail page. Once you have added an item to your shopping
cart, you will be able to click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the
top of the shopping cart page in order to keep adding items to your order.
You can access the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the "View
Shopping Cart" button located in the top right hand corner above the navigational
bar on every web page.
- Proceed to Checkout
Please review the items that you have placed in your shopping cart. When
you are ready to place an order for the items in your shopping cart, click
on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and you will be taken to the first
page of the order form.The following instructions below outline each step
of the order form process. If at any point you encounter any problems
or receive an error message, please consult our Order
Form Troubleshooting Help.
- Sign In or Register
an Account
If you have purchased from GoWin.com beforehand, then please enter your
email address and password on the right hand side of the page and click
on the "Sign In" button.If this is your first purchase from GoWin.com,
then please click on the "Continue" button on the left hand side of the
page to create an account.
- Enter a Shipping
Address
Please enter a shipping address to tell us where you would like your order
shipped.
- Choose a Shipping
Method
Please consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and
then choose a shipping method.
- Payment Method -- GoWin.com accepts the following payments:
- Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover credit cards issued by U.S. banks only.
- Debit cards,
which are also known as ATM, banking, or check cards, that have a
Visa or MasterCard logo on the front of them and are issued by a U.S.
bank.
- PayPal.At this time, GoWin.com
does not accept cashier's checks, checks, money orders, or cash for
payment. The company does not accept credit cards or debit cards issued
by foreign, or non U.S., banks.
- Review and Submit
Your Order
Please review your order to check for accuracy. If there are any errors,
please correct the necessary changes. GoWin.com will send you a confirmation
purchase order email once you have placed your order. After your order
has shipped, the company will send you a shipment confirmation email.
- Track Your Order
If you wish to track your order, then please go to the "Track Packages"
section of your "My Account". Keep in mind that most orders can be tracked,

Track Your Orders
If you would like to check the status of a current order that
has not been delivered, please sign in to your "My Account".
Then, click on the "Track Packages" link on the My Account page
or in the vertical navigational bar on the left hand side of the page. When
you are taken to the "Track My Package" page, you will be able
to view your order status. To view the full details of your order status,
click on the "Track My Package" button located on the right
side of the order's row.
