Track Your Orders
If you would like to check the status of a current order that
has not been delivered, please sign in to your "My Account".
Then, click on the "Track Packages" link on the My Account page
or in the vertical navigational bar on the left hand side of the page. When
you are taken to the "Track My Package" page, you will be able
to view your order status. To view the full details of your order status,
click on the "Track My Package" button located on the right
side of the order's row.

to Order
- Find the Items That You Want
You will first need to browse for the items that you would like to purchase.
You can click on an item to view more detailed information about it.
- Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want order an item from GoWin.com, click on the "Add To Cart" button
on the item's detail page. Once you have added an item to your shopping
cart, you will be able to click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the
top of the shopping cart page in order to keep adding items to your order.
You can access the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the "View
Shopping Cart" button located in the top right hand corner above the navigational
bar on every web page.
- Proceed to Checkout
Please review the items that you have placed in your shopping cart. When
you are ready to place an order for the items in your shopping cart, click
on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and you will be taken to the first
page of the order form.The following instructions below outline each step
of the order form process. If at any point you encounter any problems
or receive an error message, please consult our Order

If you have purchased from GoWin.com beforehand, then please enter your
email address and password on the right hand side of the page and click
on the "Sign In" button. If this is your first purchase from GoWin.com,

Please enter a shipping address to tell us where you would like your order
shipped.

Please consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and

Using the Shopping Cart
Placing an
Item in Your Cart
Click on the "ADD TO CART" button when you see an item that you would like
to purchase. This process places the item in the shopping cart and takes
you to the shopping cart page. From the shopping cart page, you will be
able to view the items that you have added to your cart, and you can change
the quantities and update your shopping cart. Then, you can either check
out or continue to shop.
Checking Your
Cart Contents
Before checking out, you should check your cart contents to review your
order. You can update the quantities of the items that you would like purchase,
and you can also remove items from your shopping cart.

Error Message
on Payment Page
Please make sure that you have accurately entered your billing information
and credit card number, without any dashes or spaces, and selected the correct
credit card type and expiration date from the dropdown boxes. If you are
using a new or recently issued credit card and the problem persists, then
please make sure that you have activated it before entering it into the
payment form.
Page Is Not
Updating or Keeps Looping Back
If the form is not updating when you are making changes or you are being
looped back to the same page on the form, this could be happening from your
Internet browser caching, or storing, an old copy of the web page. You can
make your browser update the page by holding down the "Shift"
key on your keyboard while simultaneously clicking on the "Refresh"
or "Reload" button on your browser.
System Error
This is a server error that usually only happens for a short time. Please
return to our web site again later.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged
for items shipped to the state of California. State and local sales tax
rates in the state of California are subject to change at anytime by state

Recycling
Fee
Effective January 1, 2005, the State of California requires
all retailers to collect a recycling fee for certain video display devices
that have a screen size greater than 4 inches when sold to consumers. Devices
include:
- Laptop Computers;
- Computer monitors that contain cathode-ray tubes (CRTs) or use liquid-crystal
displays (LCDs);
- Televisions that contain cathode-ray tubes;
- "Bare" cathode-ray tubes or any other product
that contains a cathode-ray tube.
The new law requires retailers to collect the following recycling fees
for each unit of the covered electronic devices above. Fees are as follows
for screen sizes measured diagonally:
- > 4" to < 15" = $6
- > 15" to < 35" = $8
- > 35" = $10
The recycling fee is fully refundable if the unit is returned. The recycling fee is non-taxable. GoWin.com must collect the recycling fee when the shipping address destination and/or billing address information is located in the state of California.

At our sole discretion, GoWin.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel
any order for any reason. There may be certain orders that we are unable
to accept and must cancel. For your convenience, you will not be charged
until your payment method is authorized and order is shipped. Some situations
that could result in your order being canceled include inaccuracies or errors
in product or pricing information, limitations on quantities available for
purchase, or problems identified by our accounting department. We may also
require additional verifications from you or other entities before accepting
any orders. We will contact you if any or all of your order is cancelled
or if additional information is needed in order to accept your order. If
your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, GoWin.com
will issue a credit in the amount of the charge to your credit card.
Pricing
Except where specifically noted otherwise, the "List Price" displayed for
products on the GoWin.com web site represents the manufactured suggested retail
price (MSRP) listed on the product itself or estimated in accordance with
the standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate
and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on each respective
day. For certain items that are offered as a package, or a set, the List Price
may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate, or total, of
the MSRP or estimated price for each of the items included in the package.
In regards to the items sold by GoWin.com, the company cannot confirm the
price of an item until after you order; however, the company does not charge
your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.
Despite our best efforts and intentions to provide an excellent customer experience,
a very small number of the items in our online catalog may be mispriced. If
GoWin.com discovers a mispricing, the company will do one of the following:
- If the item's correct price
is lower than our stated price, GoWin.com will charge you the lower amount
and ship you the item.
- If an item's correct price
is higher than our stated price, at our discretion, GoWin.com will either
contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and
notify you of the cancellation.
Quantity Limits
At our sole discretion, GoWin.com reserves the right to limit the quantity
of items purchased per order, per household, or per person. These restrictions
may be applicable to orders placed to orders that use the same billing or
shipping address, the same credit card, and also by the same GoWin.com account.
We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.
Order Confirmations
You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours after you have placed
your order. If your credit card is not approved for the purchase, then you

can fix the problem directly with you. Otherwise, you can return it to us

An Item Is
Missing
GoWin.com sometimes ships items separately because of warehouse locations
and item availability. Therefore, you may indeed receive more than one shipment
for an order with multiple items. The company will not charge you extra
for shipping and handling than what you originally authorized. The invoice
that you receive in your package will tell you if any products have been
