    Track Your Orders

    If you would like to check the status of a current order that has not been delivered, please sign in to your "My Account". Then, click on the "Track Packages" link on the My Account page or in the vertical navigational bar on the left hand side of the page. When you are taken to the "Track My Package" page, you will be able to view your order status. To view the full details of your order status, click on the "Track My Package" button located on the right side of the order's row.

    Change Your Account Settings

    Change Your Information
    If you would like to change your name, email, or password, please sign in to your "My Account". Then, click on the "Change Your Information" link on the My Account page or in the vertical navigational bar on the left hand side of the page. When you are taken to the "Change Your Information" page, you will be able to view your current name and email. For security reasons, we never display or ask you for your password. Follow the instructions on the page to change your information.

    Change Your Credit Card Information
    If you would like to change your credit card information, please sign in to your "My Account". Then, click on the "Credit Card Information" link on the My Account page or in the vertical navigational bar on the left hand side of the page. When you are taken to the "Credit Card Information" page, you will be able to view your current credit card information. For security reasons, we never display your full credit card number. Follow the instructions on the page to add, edit, or delete your information.

    Change Your Shipping Information
    If you would like to change your saved shipping information, please sign in to your "My Account". Then, click on the "Address Book" link on the My Account page or in the vertical navigational bar on the left hand side of the page. When you are taken to the "Address Book" page, you will be able to view your current address information. Follow the instructions on the page to add, edit, or delete your information.

    Change Your Email Preferences
    If you would like to change your email preferences, please sign in to your "My Account". Then, click on the "Email Preferences" link on the My Account page or in the vertical navigational bar on the left hand side of the page. When you are taken to the "Email Preferences" page, you will be able to view your current email preferences. Follow the instructions on the page to add, edit, or delete your email preferences.

    Forgot Your Password

    If you have forgotten your password for your GoWin.com account, please go to the "My Account" page. Then click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link located directly under the "Sign In" button. When you are taken to the "Forgot Your Password?" page, you will be able to get a new password by entering your email address and clicking on the "Send Me A New Password" button. GoWin.com will email you a new password shortly. It is advised that you change your password to something that you can easily remember after you log in to your My Account.

    View Your Purchase History

    If you would like to view your purchase history, please sign in to your "My Account". Then, click on the "Purchase History" link on the My Account page or in the vertical navigational bar on the left hand side of the page. When you are taken to the "Purchase History" page, you will be able to view your purchases from GoWin.com. You will be able to view the details of each order by clicking on the "View Order Details" button located on the right side of the order's row.

    Cancel or Change an Order

    If you would like to cancel or change an order, please call Customer Service at (800) 424-4854 for assistance. Please keep in mind that if the purchase order has already entered the shipping process then you will not be able to cancel or change the order.

    My Order Did Not Arrive
    Most purchase orders can be tracked in the "Track Packages" category of your "My Account". You can view more information about how to track your orders by clicking here.     An Item Is Damaged or Defective
    GoWin.com is committed to serving its customers and providing a good customer experience in the best way possible. Therefore, if you ever receive an item that does not meet your expectations because it is damaged or defective, our company recommends that you contact the manufacturer to see if they can fix the problem directly with you.     An Item Is Missing
    GoWin.com sometimes ships items separately because of warehouse locations and item availability. Therefore, you may indeed receive more than one shipment for an order with multiple items. The company will not charge you extra for shipping and handling than what you originally authorized.
